BIO:
Julie Pacino
Julie Pacino is a top woman photographer in the NFT space and one of the leading voices in Web3 and Film3. Her photography genesis collection, I Live Here Now, is the first NFT native IP to inspire a feature film.
She was chosen by TIME as an artist in the Publication’s famous TIMEPieces “Build a Better Future: Genesis” NFT collection and selected for the Playboy x Sevens “The Art of Gender and Sexuality.”
Julie is also a SuperRare artist, creating artwork that explores the intimacy of her relationship, the female form, and embracing her sexuality.
In 2022, Julie’s most recent NFT project, Keepers of the Inn, became the first NFT collection to ever finance a feature film, is the largest collection of NFT photography ever sold by one artist, and made Julie one of the highest grossing photographers in web3.
Julie advocates for the involvement of women filmmakers in this exciting and emerging space. With women only accounting for 5% of total sales generated in NFTs, she has launched a grant for women filmmakers to help on-board more women into the space.
With a commitment to bringing more visibility to women and LGBTQIA+ NFT artists, Julie runs an NFT fund called Cult of Pink, that exclusively purchases women and LGTBQIA+ NFT art, specifically from creators who have yet to sell any artwork.
Julie is also a fashion photographer.
Julie is represented by Yale Wolman at CAA.
